Pete Rose was forever banned from baseball in 1989, and is still banned to this day. It's strange that this shirt would claim that "Pete is back". Maybe someone thought that if he printed enough t-shirts then Pete would have to be readmitted to baseball. Well, if that is the case, it didn't work, and SOMEONE is a failure.
